We’ve got your back. We’re here to support you. That was our core idea, which gave rise to our name and our slogan.
Our company was founded in 2018. The project began whilst we were still studying at university in the city of Calvin.
Initially, we carried out our repairs on the University of Geneva campus, in the group study rooms on various floors. Sometimes we had to buy something to drink in the cafés to carry out a repair, or even move to the lobbies of local hotels.

In March 2020, recognising the potential for growth, we made our first major investment by innovating in three areas: economic, environmental and time-related.
Our aim: to offer a repair service that enables our customers to keep their fully functional electronic devices for longer, whilst minimising the environmental impact and extending the lifespan of smartphones.
As work takes up a large part of the day, we had to respond to this challenge through innovation. That is how our ECOBIKEs came about.
ECOBIKEs are electric bikes fitted with a cabin at the rear, specially designed to carry out most repairs. However, micro-soldering work and repairs to Apple rear screens are carried out at our shop in La Jonction or in Lausanne. Thanks to our ECOBIKEs, there’s no need to travel or be without your smartphone: we come directly to your home or workplace and carry out repairs in under an hour.
On 1 April 2021, we opened our retail outlet at 29 Rue des Deux-Ponts, in the Jonction district of Geneva. Initially, it was intended to handle customer enquiries covered by the warranty we offer. However, we quickly recognised the opportunity to expand our services. We therefore decided to include the sale of refurbished smartphones and accessories, the purchase of faulty phones for spare parts, as well as a new repair service: micro-soldering, a technique used in particular for electronic devices damaged by being dropped in water.

This new brand identity reflects our character and represents a natural and logical evolution, marked by the expansion of our services, the strengthening of our team, the development of partnerships and, above all, our unwavering support for you, who have been following and supporting us since 2018. 🤝
